These terms govern the use of the website and booking service provided by Park Fill&Fly, a private parking lot located at Calea Bucureștilor 216-218, Km 15+285, 075100 Otopeni, Ilfov County, Romania, near Henri Coandă International Airport. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.
1. The service offered
Park Fill&Fly offers short- and long-term parking spaces, with round-the-clock human security, video surveillance, motion sensors and non-stop hours, together with a free 24/7 transfer service to and from Henri Coandă Airport.
2. Booking
Booking is done online, through the form on this website. The price shown while filling in the form is an estimate; the final price, calculated by our system based on the lot's actual rates, is the one confirmed when the booking is completed and the one that applies. On confirmation, you receive a unique booking code.
The booking is conditional on a spot actually being available for the requested interval, checked in real time when the form is submitted.
3. Pricing
The rate is calculated per day of stay. A day that has started is billed as a full day. The rates shown on the site are the ones in effect at the time of booking and may vary by season or length of stay.
The booking is paid online, by card. Extending your stay or going over the booked window is billed separately and paid on site.
4. Cancellation and changes
You can cancel a booking online, from this website, using the booking code and the phone number used for the booking, at least one hour before entry time. Closer to entry time, as well as for a booking paid online, cancellation is done by phone, at 0735 528 111.
Changing a booking is not done online; you can contact us by phone or on WhatsApp, at the same number.
5. Vehicle drop-off and pick-up
On arrival at the lot, the vehicle is identified by the license plate provided at booking. Please make sure the number entered in the form matches exactly the number on your license plate, to avoid delays at entry.
The airport transfer is included free of charge and available non-stop. On your return, airport pickup is requested on WhatsApp, at 0735 528 111.
6. Your personal data
Processing of the data collected at booking is described in the Privacy Policy. Submitting a booking implies your explicit consent to processing this data for the purpose of managing the booking.
7. Liability
The lot benefits from round-the-clock human security and video surveillance, but Park Fill&Fly is not liable for loss or damage caused by force majeure or by the act of a third party that could not have been prevented by the security measures in place. Any incident noticed at drop-off/pick-up must be reported immediately to the lot's staff.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically; the date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. Already-confirmed bookings remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of confirmation.
