Prices and payment
How much does Otopeni Airport parking cost?
The rate is per day and drops with duration: 40 RON/day on days 1–3, 30 RON/day on days 4–7, 25 RON/day on days 8–14 and 20 RON/day from day 15. For example: 1 day 40 RON, 7 days 240 RON, 14 days 415 RON, 30 days 735 RON. Any day that has started is billed as a full day.

Can I pay by card?
Yes. The booking is paid online, by card. Only time beyond the booked window is paid on site.

Yes, for time beyond the booked window: an extension or overstay is billed separately and paid on site.

How do I get an invoice?
For an invoice, contact us at 0735 528 111, with your booking code handy.

Booking, changes and cancellation
How do I make a booking?
Online, on the booking page: pick the date and time for drop-off and pick-up, see the price and free spots, fill in your name, phone, email and license plate, and get your booking code right away.
Can I change my booking?
Changes are not made online. Contact us at 0735 528 111 or on WhatsApp. Extending a stay is billed separately, on site.

Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, online, with your booking code and the phone number used for the booking, at least one hour before entry time. Closer to entry time, or for a booking already paid online, cancellation is done by phone at 0735 528 111.

Can I park for 7, 14 or 30 days?
Yes. 7 days cost 240 RON, 14 days 415 RON, and 30 days 735 RON. Beyond 30 days too, each extra day costs 20 RON.

Transfer and flights
Is the transfer included?
Yes. The transfer between the lot and Henri Coandă Airport is free, both ways, and runs 24/7.

How do I get to the airport?
With the free transfer, which leaves from the lot and reaches Henri Coandă Airport in about 3 minutes. On your return, request pickup on WhatsApp at 0735 528 111.

What happens if I'm late?
The lot is open non-stop. If you arrive later than the drop-off time in your booking, let us know at 0735 528 111 or on WhatsApp.

What happens if my flight is delayed?
Message us on WhatsApp when you land, at any hour — the transfer runs 24/7. If you reach your car after the pick-up time in your booking, the extra time is billed separately, on site.

Arriving at and leaving the lot
How do I get into the lot?
On arrival, your booking is identified by the license plate entered in the form; keep your booking code handy too (PF-XXXXXX). The QR code in your confirmation contains only the booking code, for quick reference — it does not open the barrier automatically.

How do I leave the lot?
After the transfer from the airport, you pick up your car from the lot. If you've gone over the booked window, the difference is paid on site before you leave.
