This page explains what personal data we collect through Park Fill&Fly, the private parking lot near Henri Coandă International Airport (Otopeni), why we collect it and what rights you have over it, under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

This version describes exactly what the booking system collects and how it works as of the date above. The operator's full legal identification (company name, registration number, registered office) and a contact email address are yet to be added here.

1. Who collects the data

The data is collected by the operator of the Park Fill&Fly service, a parking lot located at Calea Bucureștilor 216-218, Km 15+285, 075100 Otopeni, Ilfov County, Romania. For any request related to your personal data, you can reach us at 0735 528 111.

2. What data we collect

When you book a parking spot through the form on this site, we collect:

  • Full name — to identify the booking;
  • Phone number — to confirm the booking and coordinate the shuttle transfer;
  • Email address (optional) — to send the booking confirmation;
  • License plate — needed to identify the vehicle entering and leaving the lot.

The license plate is encrypted in our database; it is never stored or displayed unencrypted, outside of the technical process of identifying the vehicle at the barrier.

3. How we use the data

The data collected is used exclusively for:

  • Managing your booking (allocating the spot, calculating the rate, issuing the booking code);
  • Communicating with you about the booking (confirmations, notifications, reminders) — through our email/SMS provider, Brevo;
  • Coordinating the shuttle transfer to/from the terminal;
  • Issuing an invoice, when applicable, under legal accounting record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell, rent or use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, given separately at the time of collection.

4. How long we keep the data

We keep the data for as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for (managing the booking) and, afterwards, for the period required by legal fiscal-accounting archiving obligations for supporting documents.

5. Who we share the data with

  • Brevo — our email and SMS notification provider;
  • Our hosting provider (cloud server), which stores the data on its secured infrastructure;
  • Public authorities, only when we are legally required to provide information.

We do not transfer data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

6. Cookies

This site does not set any cookies of its own. The interactive Google Maps map shown on some pages (homepage, location) may set Google cookies when it loads — see Google's cookie policy.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data;
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • Request deletion of your data ("the right to be forgotten"), except where the law requires us to keep it (e.g. tax records);
  • Object to processing or request that it be restricted;
  • Request data portability;
  • Lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).

8. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypting license plates at rest, transmitting data only over secure connections (HTTPS), and isolating each partner lot's data from the others.
